Gourmet Food & Wine Program
On selected weekend dates throughout the year, we will host a special program: We meet as a small group at farm tables surrounded by wine barrels, either in the winery itself or the private event room looking out on mountains and vines, depending on time of year, and taste a flight of our wines paired with light bites of complementary gourmet foods.
The menu is based on what's in season from our local fresh farm-to-table suppliers but typically includes items such spring lamb with garlic and oive oil, shrimp with lemon butter reduction, caprese salad with tomatoes and basil from our garden, bruschetta, farmer's market raspberries, mini cheesecakes, chocolates and more - all prepared by Chef Kris from our staff. We also include a tasting of a not-yet-released vintage still in production, right from the barrel.
This is a unique program that provides a fun and elegant way to enjoy our wines and relax in our 'industrial chic,' behind-the-scenes private setting. We are confident you will really enjoy it.

Limit 10 or 20 people per session, depending on time of year. Advance reservations required (no "same day" reservations can be accepted for this program).
$45 per person, plus 5.3% tax and 20% service charge / gratuity. (Wine Club members: 15% discount). You can sign up just for yourselves (single or couple) or can set up your own larger group - just let us know, as below.
We'll talk about our overall operation and about the wines - with time for relaxed conversation within your group as well.
